WHITE AND ROMAN CAULIFLOWER
The white cauliflower is characterized by its sweetness and fleshy central inflorescence: the green-leaved plant develops around the flower. Romanesco cauliflower is a variety of selvedge cabbage with a sweet taste, a pyramidal shape and small spirally arranged rosettes.
The white variety is perfect for many recipes: excellent with pasta, au gratin, boiled, battered and fried. Romanesco Cauliflower is delicious both cooked and raw, as a condiment for first courses, sautéed in a pan and for the preparation of tasty soups.
